Where communities are rooted in inclusion
We build sustainable, inclusive solutions that empower women, strengthen communities and health systems, and create opportunities for those often left behind.
Our focus areas
Our work spans a diverse range of focus areas—each rooted in our commitment to ethical innovation, collaboration, and sustainable impact.
From interventions that enhance decision-making around health, climate change, underserved communities, and women’s empowerment to digitally-driven solutions, every project is designed to serve people first.
Our 4 main focus areas consist of:
1. Health Equity
Equity is our north star, guiding solutions that close access gaps, improve quality, and protect privacy at every step. Co-designed with communities and backed by rigorous measurement, our approach ensures systems serve affected communities.
Our Approach to Equity:
Health equity isn’t just about access—it’s about quality, access and improved outcomes. We work to dismantle the barriers that keep vulnerable populations from receiving the care they deserve: language barriers, digital literacy gaps, transportation challenges, stigma, and mistrust.
Our health solutions are co-designed with the people who will use them. We conduct research in local languages, conduct feasibility research and iterate based on real-world evidence.
2. Local Solutions
Change works when it works locally, which is why we partner with communities, civil society organisations and community advocates to fit tools to context. Climate change, financial concerns and other social impact barriers require localised interventions. Localising through language, existing resources and tweaking current solutions is part of our mandate.
Building From the Ground Up:
Cookie-cutter solutions don’t work in diverse, resource-constrained settings. What succeeds in an urban health delivery centre might fail in a rural clinic with limited resources. That’s why we start every project by understanding the landscape and identifying the gaps.
We prioritise cost-effective solutions that show impact on the ground. We are meticulous about project monitoring and evaluation, and showcase critical measurements to enhance decision-making for the most underserved populations. We work hand-in-hand with local stakeholders and relevant key role-players.
3. Digitalisation
We develop systems that turn complex data into frontline decisions with secure, auditable workflows that teams can trust. We use statistical and relevant predictive analytics to support cost-effective, actionable insights so services move faster and deliver better outcomes at scale, especially in under-resourced settings.
What This Looks Like in Practice:
Imagine a community health worker in a rural clinic using a mobile app to assess a child’s nutritional risk. Behind the scenes, our system analyses clinical protocols to flag early warning signs and suggest evidence-based interventions—all while keeping sensitive data encrypted and under local control. Or picture a government official having to make a decision on much-needed service delivery resources, using a dashboard that synthesises data to make informed decisions, allows for efficient service delivery and budget allocations that identify where investments will have the greatest impact.
Our interventions aim to be maintainable by local teams, adaptable to changing needs, and accountable to the communities they serve.
4. Knowledge Exchange
We turn knowledge into a repeatable advantage through communities of practice, open playbooks, and live learning loops. By sharing what works and scaling proven models with real-time feedback, teams accelerate improvement across programs.
Creating Learning Ecosystems:
Innovation doesn’t have to be reinvented every time. When health workers in one district solve a challenge, teams in neighbouring regions can learn from their experience. When a program achieves breakthrough results, other communities can adapt the model to their context.
We facilitate peer learning networks where practitioners share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and co-develop solutions. We document proven approaches in accessible playbooks that teams can customise. We create dashboards that surface real-time performance data so programs can course-correct quickly. And we convene regular exchanges—virtual and in-person—where partners learn from each other’s successes and failures.
The result is a multiplier effect: knowledge compounds, best practices spread, and improvement accelerates across entire systems.
“Progress means nothing if it leaves people behind.”

WORK WITH US
We collaborate with impact-driven organisations to turn bold ideas into practical tools and programs that create real-world impact. Our work blends design thinking with technical expertise to help partners explore, build, and launch solutions that matter.
Whether it’s developing a funding model, identifying cost-effective interventions, domestic resource mobilisation, grant writing or data analysis, we bring a flexible approach tailored to each challenge. We’ve helped teams uncover new possibilities for using technology in humanitarian settings—always with a focus on relevance, resilience, and responsible innovation.
Explore Possibilities
For organisations curious about how how we could help you solve relevant social issues.
If you’re at the beginning of your journey—asking “could technology help?” rather than “what technology should we use?”—we can help you think through the possibilities without committing to any particular solution.
We can:
- Design hands-on workshops to surface needs, risks, and opportunities with diverse stakeholders
- Guide strategic planning around technology choices, including when not to use tech
- Offer long-term thinking for sustainable impact beyond the pilot phase
- Map out practical options with clear trade-offs around cost, complexity, and capacity
- Help assess emerging tools for pilot readiness and appropriateness to your context
- Conduct feasibility studies and user research to validate assumptions before building
This is for you if:
You’re exploring digital transformation but need help separating hype from reality, or you want to understand what’s possible before committing resources.
Build for the Field
- For organisations ready to develop and deploy technology-enabled programs
If you know what you want to build and you’re ready to move from concept to reality, we can accelerate development while ensuring solutions are field-ready, user-friendly, and built to last.
We can:
- Accelerate pilots by connecting existing tools with new platforms and custom integrations
- Build custom solutions for data collection, real-time alerts, visualization, and decision support
- Design for growth—planning user onboarding, training materials, and infrastructure partnerships
- Develop mobile-first applications that work offline and in low-bandwidth environments
- Create secure data architectures that protect privacy and comply with regulations
- Support local training and design for global reach through multilingual, culturally adapted interfaces
- Conduct user testing and iterate rapidly based on frontline feedback
This is for you if:
You have funding, a clear use case, and commitment from stakeholders—and you need technical partners who understand both code and context.
Support in Action
For organisations with programs already running that need optimisation or scale
If your technology is already deployed but you’re facing challenges with adoption, scale, integration, or sustainability, we can help you strengthen what exists rather than starting over.
We can:
- Set up scalable systems for health service delivery, safety monitoring, and development tracking
- Explore integration opportunities with national health information systems, government platforms, or partner tools
- Build tailored solutions that extend existing platforms with new features or data sources
- Support collaborative user communities through peer learning networks and knowledge-sharing platforms
- Optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve the reliability of existing systems
- Conduct technical audits to identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities
- Transition projects from donor dependency to sustainable, locally-owned operations
This is for you if:
You’ve proven your concept and now need to scale responsibly, integrate with larger systems, or transition to long-term sustainability.
